Our family have known Fergus since the day he was born. He has always been an incredibly kind and compassionate person. He was born to do the job he does. After our mum passed away a couple of weeks ago Fergus explained everything to us, no question or request was too much trouble. Fergus did everything for us so that we didn’t have anything to do. He is conscientious, empathetic, caring, professional and very understanding. The funeral was flawless, exactly how my mum would have wanted it to be. Fergus made us all feel at ease and I honestly do not think that I could use anyone else, I would recommend Fergus to anyone. The only thing I said to Fergus (about 4 times) was you will look after my my won’t you to which he said yes, and he did exactly that, he looked after her and he also looked after us. Thank you Fergus and thank you Richard and all the rest of Fergus’ team you were amazing from start to finish. ❤️

Fergus was recommended to me on the occasion of my husband's death last month and I have no hesitation in saying that he handled everything with warmth, courtesy and professionalism. His personal touch and humour also helped us cope during such a difficult period.
